Forest Warrior
Forest Ninja is a tricky warrior course peppered with specifically chosen obstacles aimed to test your strength, agility and mental awareness. The session is approximately an hour long and includes a training and practice on some of the courses toughest obstacles. It is followed by a timed run on the Ninja section of the course. The circuit features an array of challenges to tackle, including tricky scramble nets, looming walls, monkey bars, squirrel jumps and a new rotating bridge. Set in the grounds of Speech House Hotel in Gloucestershire’s Forest of Dean, the site also features a secure bag-drop and stalls with refreshments and food to purchase.
