About Greyfriars Kirk and Kirkyard Tour
Found in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, Greyfriars Kirk is home to over four centuries of history. Today the site doubles up as both a parish church and a concert venue, while weekly tours allow guests to uncover more about Greyfriars Bobby, the National Covenant and other artefacts. As part of the Kirk's mission to the community, the adjacent Grassmarket Centre provides help to people in need of support with activities such as woodwork, cookery, gardening and weaving. The Centre also has a café which is open to the public.
