About Harrogate Squash & Fitness Centre
This Harrogate-located Squash & Fitness Centre offers visitors the benefit of a range of fitness facilities. Four squash courts, two of which are glass backs, host monthly internal box leagues and club tournaments. Fitness programmes can be tailored by the staff of their 3000 square feet gym, and implemented over a series of trainings in either the cardiovascular, resistance, free weights or stretch area.
