- If deposit option is purchased, the remaining balance of £1,235 must but be paid directly to the hotel minimum three months before the event

Starters may include: carpaccio of watermelon | Bloody Mary jelly and seasonal berries | leek and potato soup
Mains may include: chicken stuffed with haggis and a whiskey jus, served with selection of seasonal vegetables and potatoes | fillet of salmon with creamed spinach, baby potatoes and a dill and cream cheese sauce
