Up to 40 day guests and 70 evening guests can gather for a day of celebration at Holiday Inn Coventry South. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator will help the happy couple to plan the big day, and a master of ceremonies will oversee the proceedings. Upon arrival, 40 guests will receive a glass of fizz or a bottle of beer before they sit down to a two-course wedding breakfast. The celebrations will continue into the evening when up to 70 guests can take to the dance floor with the hotel’s resident DJ playing until 1 a.m. They will be fuelled by a five-item evening finger buffet, and a private bar will be open till 12.30 a.m. When the party draws to a close, newlyweds can retire to their bridal suite for the night. Couples can also take advantage of an overnight stay with breakfast on a return visit the following year.

- Wedding coordinator to help organize the day and a master of ceremonies to guide the newlyweds through the day
