About This Deal
Mat Pilates classes each lasting 1 hour with exercises that will strengthen your core and enhance flexibility and balance. The use of props such as resistance bands and gliding disks is included to simulate the reformer apparatus. Please remember to bring your own mat.

We are a Stott Pilates Certified Studio committed to the health and wellbeing of our clients. With over 16 years of experience in mat and equipment pilates our teachers are well experienced and can adapt exercises for persons with injuires or special needs. Our Saturday Classes take place at Court 1 inside Oakleigh Lawn Tennis and Squash Club. Resistance bands and gliding disks included. Remember to bring your own mat.
