Osteopathic Massage consisting of a tailored, personalised treatment session using a variety of Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and basic Osteopathic technique. Your practitioner will go through a small consultation to understand how to help you and to provide you with the best possible service.

Basic information for your appointment:

• Towels and pillows are provided.
• Please wear appropriate clothing (sports/lounge wear) if possible.
• You will be asked to appropriately take clothing off depending on where you would like your massage.
• There are toilets and cleaning facilities on site and within the treatment room.
• Massage applicators (oils/lotions/balms etc.) are all natural and Bankside Therapy aims to use anti-allergenic products.
• Waiting room available.
• Vouchers are redeemed on the day of your appointment at location - please ensure you book within the validity date of the voucher.
