Present printed Groupon on arrival. Please note a 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Must be 18 or older. Available to male and female customers. No medical restrictions, however customers are to fill out a medical form on arrival and if any treatment is not suitable, alternatives will be given. Not suitable during pregnancy. Mum to Be Treat subject to availability and at an additional cost. This treatment is for those past their 12th week of pregnancy and before the 34th week. It is recommended not to use the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi during pregnancy. Please call the spa in advance to gain advice before booking. Voucher includes £10 off any additional treatment booked in advance. Towels are provided. Robes and flip flops available at an additional cost. One Groupon voucher per visit. Spa opening hours: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-7pm. Please be aware that the swimming pool has children swimming lessons Mon-Fri midday-7.30pm in one lane and two lanes will be taken from 3.30pm. On Sat-Sun 9am-2pm in one lane and two lanes will be taken from 10am. It is recommended to arrive in the morning to enjoy some tranquillity within the Spa. Merchant thanks in advance for not using mobile phones on poolside. Please note that the swimming pool has children swimming lessons Monday to Friday midday to 7.30pm in one lane and two lanes will be taken from 4pm-6pm. Valid for option purchased only.
