All payments are processed in advance of the session start time. No refunds will be issued after completion of 10 minutes of the session. Bookings can be amended or cancelled no later than 24h prior to session start time. No food or drink allowed in the play area. Spectators are not permitted to physically interact with equipment and players. 180cm height and 100kg weight restriction applies to KAT treadmills that run all FPS titles. Equipment is suitable for anyone of age 8 or older. Three Main Guidelines- don`t jump, don`t lean and don`t leave the play area with the head mounted device on.
