Impact Health & Fitness is a sports and fitness facility located at East Durham College. Welcoming members of the general public and students alike, the venue features a gym equipped with cardio machines, free weights and fixed weight training stations. Health and fitness training programmes are available for those who need a helping hand, and all-weather outdoor 3G pitches are on offer for teams or athletes to play or train on. Back indoors, The Prescott Sports Centre is a purpose-built double sports hall which is able to transform into a 500-seat arena capable of hosting various sporting events including basketball, boxing and football.
