6-Weeks Athletic Fitness Related Classes & Martial Art Fitness Classes
- 6 weeks of Athletic Fitness-based Bootcamp Group sessions for one. Total 18 Sessions.
• Take up to three Athletic Fitness-based Bootcamp Group sessions per week for 6 weeks per person [6 pm TUE & THU] [0830am on Sun][Duration45-50mins].
- One Martial Arts Fitness Class Every Saturday at [0830am] for one person for up to 4 sessions.
• Duration of one session: 45-60 minutes
4-Weeks-Martial Arts Fitness Training- up to 8 sessions
- One Martial Arts Fitness Class every Saturday [0830 am]
- one Martial Arts Fitness Class every Every Tuesday at 7:15 pm
- Up to 8 Martial Arts Fitness classes for one month
4-Weeks-Martial Arts Fitness Training- up to 12 sessions
- One Martial Arts Fitness Class every Saturday [0830 am] for one or two people.
- one Martial Arts Fitness Class every Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 pm for one or two people.
Up to 12 Martial Arts Fitness classes for one month for one or two people.
• All Group classes are suitable for all levels
• All movements are light sports science-based and the coach is keenly monitoring all your movement skills.

- High agility and Friction Outdoor Fitness Shoe Selection are required.
