The Merchant

Jeff de Bruges offers a distinctly French take on Belgian chocolate traditions. Founded by Frenchman Philippe Jambon, the business began with a chocolate factory in Bruges and now runs shops in many other European cities, including London, Saint-Étienne and Valencia. Jeff de Bruges sites can also be found in North African destinations such as Marrakech, UAE cities including Dubai, and even the island of Tahiti.

The chocolatiers craft cocoa-based confectionery according to authentic Belgian traditions, and add a twist of French chic along the way. Recipes include imported goods and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients alike. Examples include white chocolate slabs with hazelnuts and dried fruit; milk chocolate ganache flavoured with Earl Grey tea; and liqueur truffles. The collection also encompasses marzipan and fruit jellies and is available both in-store and online.
