Fine Print

Must be 8 or older. 24-hour cancellation notice required. Appointment required, contact by phone at 0115 982 1212; provide Groupon code. Present Groupon on arrival. Children 8-11 must be accompanied by a participating adult over the age of 18 in a ratio of three children to one adult. Children aged 12-14 must have adults supervise from the bank along with signing in the children at Rapids and Lagoon Check In. All participants must be confident swimmers. Height and weight restrictions apply. Buoyancy aids and wetsuit hire is included. Arrive at least 30 mins prior to your session to get changed – there are no refunds if you miss your session. We have changing facilities and showers – please bring your towel and £1 for lockers. Bring a swimming costume to wear under your wetsuit. No jewellery or shoes on the inflatable. The Lagoon Wipeout takes place on naturally sourced water. 1 hour session includes 45 minutes on the Lagoon Wipeout and 15 minutes briefing. Valid until 08/08/2023.
