Foie gras medallion, poached rhubarb and thyme roast apricot (usually £15.50), or seared scallop on a mango sheet with curried coconut butter and coriander salad (£18) are some of the options for the starter course for diners in pairs. For the main course, options include sea bass with creamed spinach, crispy egg yolk and braised leek (£27.50) and roasted loin of hogget with pea and mint puree and rosemary jus (£34).
