When booking online you will be emailed separately from the restaurant and the Shard, The email from the Shard contains your tickets to download which you must take with you - you will not be able to gain entry without your Shard tickets on the day and the staff at the Shard will be unable to help you find your tickets.
Entry tickets to The View From The Shard can be redeemed separately from the meal. A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to meal bookings. Must be 18 or older with a valid ID for alcohol. Meal valid at London Steakhouse Company, 109-118 Middlesex Street, E1 7JF, Mon-Sun.
Includes a three-course set menu with one cocktail each. Each course has at least 4 options. An 8oz House cut steak is included in the price as one of the main courses. Other cuts are available at a supplement. Side orders are not included. Cocktails can be changed for a non-alcoholic option. Valid Tue (limited) / Wed-Sun. No refund policy on experience cancellations. Fri and Sat for 5.30 pm and later must be made within 48 hours prior to the experience.
Availability for dinner on Fri and Sat is released at 9 am on Wed and Thu respectively. Any Fri and Sat evening bookings made outside the 48-hour window will be used against the a la carte menu and the value of the voucher taken off the final bill, with no option to benefit from a set menu with cocktails. Valid for option purchased only.
