Customers are welcomed in pairs or groups of four for a three-course Indian meal with a glass of wine each. Starters could include spicy chicken drumsticks or sliced potatoes, spinach and onions, spiced with fennel, coriander and ginger, deep fried and served with tamarind chutney. For the main event, main courses may include green chilli and ginger-spiced rabbit, cooked with snub nose chillies packed with pickled spices or cottage cheese, which could served with side dishes such as spinach with potatoes. Customers can then indulge with a dessert which could be traditional Indian rice pudding with saffron and raisins, or red orange, Jaipur rose or lemon sorbet.
