The Deal
A Michelin-starred kitchen will craft diversely-flavoured, seasonal plates using British produce for this five-course meal. The selection will change according to the months, and lunches are available Tuesday to Friday from midday. Guests are also able to upgrade to a ten-course set lunch for a surcharge, to be inquired about on booking.

The Merchant
Established in 1999 by the Sanchez-Iglesias family, the Michelin-starred Casamia aims to envelop guests in a multi-layered world of culinary sensation. Run by two brothers, one of the Good Food Guide’s top 50 restaurants changes with the seasons, using food, decor and lighting to evoke the tastes, sights, smells, and sounds of the shifting months. Dishes are made with British produce where possible, and are served for lunch and dinner in an intimate, low-key interior, Tuesday to Saturday. In 2010, Casamia’s efforts at creating inventive dining experiences were recognised when it was named the winner of a national TV competition, beating off competition from more than 12,000 other applicants. The chefs Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias have also won Chefs of the Year from the Good Food Guide 2015.
