How to use:
- Connect the mould pieces to create the desired shape
- Once the shape is created, place the mould on a lined oven tray with the matt side up (do not fold the foil as this may cause the batter to flow under the mould)
- Once happy with the shape, carefully pour in the mixture and place in the oven (note: with overly liquid mixtures, a small amount may run under the cake tin)
- Allow to cool (warning: these cake tins stay warm and retain heat for some time)
- Remove the pieces from the cake tin (tip: start at a corner and unhook a section, then pull the strips along the cake)
