The team at MSC Martial Arts & Fitness LLP teach Jissen Jitsu, which encompasses self defence techniques, weapon defence, sparring or stand-up work, escrima (stick fighting), CQC techniques, throws and grappling, tanto jutsu (knife fighting) and groundwork.
