Booking information:
- Yoga classes are booked via email: myrelaxationcoach@gmail.com. You will receive booking emails for each class confirming your attendance. Bookings can be taken up to one day before the class start date.

- 1-1 online yoga sessions are arranged directly with your teacher: email Roanna Harstad myrelaxationcoach@gmail.com. Appointments can be arranged within 1 week of receiving your email request. Your voucher code will be redeemed to confirm the date of your first appointment.

About My Relaxation Coach
My Relaxation Coach offer a range of yoga classes ranging from dynamic hot yoga to restorative slow yoga. They also provide one-to-one tuition and lessons via Skype for those unable to make it to their Laindon/Basildon studio. Massages and reflexology options are also available, and a number of weekend yoga retreats and training classes also take place throughout the year.
