How to Use

• Use only on a dry and clean skin
• Do not use on the face, bruises, damaged or swollen skin
• Open the sachet and remove the protective film from the patch
• Apply the patch to the preferred area with the adhesive side facing skin
• The patch will heat up after five minutes and remain warm for up to 8 hours
• To remove, gently peel the patch off the skin without damaging the patch
• Do only use one heat patch on the same area in a 24-hour period
• For sensitive, delicate or ageing skin, apply the adhesive side of the patch to the clothing
