The Deal
An array of British dishes with a distinctively European twist await diners, with a three-course dinner available in the Terrace Restaurant. Taking their pick of dishes from the a la carte menu, possible starters include the likes of confit pork with foie gras terrine (usually £9), pan-seared breast of partridge with poached pear (£8) or cauliflower veloute, served with roasted sunflower seeds and aged cheddar (£7). Set in 45 acres of gardens, Nidd Hall Hotel offers four star accommodation in a grade two listed mansion, close to Harrogate at the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
