The Deal

On five separate visits, customers get free rein of the facilities and classes on offer at Nuffield Health Farnham. Fitness classes held throughout the week and around the clock include sessions in power yoga, aqua fitness and body balance. Facilities at the centre include cardio and resistance equipment in the gym, as well as a pool, sauna and steam room to help ease muscles after a workout.

The Merchant

Open seven days a week, and with early-morning and late-evening opening on weekdays, Nuffield Health has a variety of health, fitness and wellbeing services on offer. Gym bunnies can fill their boots on the range of equipment, while chill-seekers can take time out in the sauna, steam room and pool. There is also a cafe on site, and personal trainers services and fitness advisors are on hand to lend their expert assistance.
