The Deal
On five separate visits (usually £15 per day pass), new customers get free rein of the facilities and classes on offer, complete with induction session during the first visit. Fitness classes held throughout the week include sessions such as power yoga, aqua fitness and body balance, while cardio and resistance equipment is available in the gym. The centre also offers a pool, sauna and steam room to help ease muscles after a workout.

Open seven days a week, and with early-morning and late-evening opening at weekdays, Nuffield Health has a variety of health, fitness and wellbeing services on offer. Gym bunnies can fill their boots on the range of equipment, while chill-seekers can take time out in the sauna, steam room and pool. There is also a cafe on site, while personal trainers and fitness advisors are on-hand to lend their expert assistance.
