Present Groupon on arrival. 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel bookings which result in a no show will mean the booking is lost and no refund can be given. Must be 18 or older to redeem the voucher. Children must be aged between 10 and 14 years old. One alpaca allocated to every 2 people, one of which must be an adult. This is a lead walk along side the alpacas only. Customers do not ride the alpacas at any stage. Strictly no dogs allowed. Must wear suitable clothing and shoes, no sandals or flip flops.
