Onion Centurion
- 50 onion bulbs
- Ideally sized for cooking
- Golden skinned onion
- Crisp white flesh
- Medium to strong flavour
- Stores well
- Plant in full sun, well-drained but moist soil which has been recently dug, manured, firmed and levelled
- Plant each onion set pointy end up so that the tips are just below the surface of the soil using a dibber approximately 20cm apart
- Harvest and dry for storage when the leaves naturally tip over in late summer
Shallot Golden Gourmet
- 10 shallot bulbs
- Ideal garden performer
- Produces fleshy round golden brown-skinned shallots
- Mild flavour which is ideal for cooking or pickling
- Bolt- and disease-resistant
- Plant in full sun in well-drained but moist soil which has been recently dug, manured, firmed and levelled
- Plant each shallot set pointy end up 20cm apart so that the tips are just below the surface of the soil using a dibber
- Each shallot set shall form 5-6 new shallots
