1st appointment: hygiene scale and polish. Take impressions and send them to the Laboratory for whitening tray fabrication. Teeth after hygiene can be sensitive, we recommend waiting at least one week until they start the whitening process.

2nd appointment: 1 week later come back to the office to collect the trays and the 3 syringes of whitening.

What does this treatment involve?

Treatment will be carried out at home using plastic trays adapted to teeth inside be placed 2 syringes of gel formula to whiten your teeth, at concentrations that do not damage the teeth and last much longer than the laser whitening. We use the Opalescence brand which is our Top brand. The patient will need to return a week later to collect the whitening plastics.

Does the treatment lighten crowns?

No, only natural teeth will be whitened. Crowns, fillings and other dental work will remain the same colour.

What does the aftercare involve?

Patient should not eat or drink dark and staining food or drinks for the duration of the treatment normally 3 weeks, plus one extra week. These include coffee, tea, red wine and coke; smoking should also be avoided.
