Palmers Garden Centre spreads festive cheer with a Christmas experience with Santa (usually £7 per child and £1 per adult). Children can muck in at the elves' workshop, making magic food for the reindeers, before taking a walk through the snow area to Santa's log cabin. Here, they can meet the man himself, hear a festive story and receive a wrapped gift. Accompanying adults will be warmed up with a hot drink, such as a filter coffee (£1.69), pot of tea (£1.49) or cafe latte (£2.29).

The Merchant
Palmers Garden Centre has two sites, one in Enderby and one at Ullesthorpe. The centres provide green fingers with plants, flowers and gardening accessories, and house a homeware shop and cafe each. Seasonal events are held, including breakfast with Santa and Christmas lunch, alongside regular events like the knit and natter.
