Diners can begin their two-course journey to the Land of the Tiger with starters such as a chicken tikka tandoori kebab with tomato, capsicum, onions and mint, and the classic appetiser of a vegetable samosa. Main courses come from across the sub-continent, and may include dishes such as the hot and fiery chicken kala naag; lamb tikka in a tamarind sauce with battered onion rings, and the house special of chicken with garlic, yoghurt, tomatoes and coriander.
