Day 1 - Arrival in Havana

Day 2 - Havana

Breakfast. Explore Old Havana on foot to discover all its charms, with a guide for 2 hours. Stroll through the pedestrian streets leading you to:

• The Plaza de Armas; once known as the church square, it houses the city's first parish church. It gathers political and military institutions. The square is surrounded by splendid colonial buildings. Today, it is best known as the must-visit spot for book lovers.
• The iconic Cathedral Square, one of the most beautiful and famous squares in the city. It is considered the best-preserved colonial architectural ensemble in Latin America. The cathedral is one of the oldest in Latin America, named in homage to Christopher Columbus, whose ashes it is said to have housed.
• Saint Francis of Assisi Square in the heart of the city. Completely renovated, it displays its pastel colours and remains one of the most appreciated places with its pretty lion fountain.
• Plaza Vieja surrounded by its 17th-century mansions, now converted into art galleries.

The visit is done freely on foot, wandering through the streets and squares, at the pace of museums, precious witnesses of history: Plaza Mayor, Iglesia Parroquial de Santisama Trinidad, the church with 5 naves, Plaza de Jigüe, the Hermitage of La Popa, Plaza Santa Ana, and the craft market.
