No refunds after cancellation/modification period. New customers only. £35 refundable deposit required. Limited to one per family. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Experiences are not eligible for future promotions or refunds but may be repurchased at full RRP. Deposits confirm acceptance of terms and will be refunded at the viewing or can be used towards product purchases. Once booked, sessions are non-cancellable but can be rescheduled with 72 hours' notice. Parents or legal guardians must attend the session and viewing. Deposits are forfeited if they are not present.
