Customers can then choose a further two 20-minute treatments (up to £29) from options including head massage, mini facial and hand massage. A light lunch (£6.95) and welcome drink is also included, with robe, towel and slipper hire available for £5 per person. Those wishing to extend the experience can add a one-night stay for two at the Metro Southport. The hotel is located just around the corner, with breakfast also available the next morning for an extra £4.95 each.

The Portland Hall Spa offers relaxation in its Moroccan and art deco themed day spa, located within a former synagogue.
