Spanish Tapas
- COURSE DESCRIPTION: Master a sumptuous classic to impress your guests – Spanish Tapas.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: In this class, you’ll learn how to create an assortment of small, delectable dishes, all packed full of flavour that is perfect for sharing. We’ll cover some of the most traditional tapas as well as how to perfectly prepare, cook and serve one of Spain’s most well-known and celebrated dishes, La Paella!

- COURSE DESCRIPTION: Our Dim Sum class offers the opportunity to master Dim Sum, small and delicious dumplings full of flavour. Translated as ‘touch the heart’, Dim Sum are traditionally shared and served with tea as part of an important social ritual in Chinese culture.

- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: We will introduce you to rich and vibrant flavours of India. You will learn how to make Chicken Karahi, roti flatbread, pakora and Tarka Dhal from scratch. The perfect, flavoursome and hearty meal for any gathering!

Knife Skills
- COURSE DESCRIPTION: Our brilliant Knife Skills class is specifically designed to help you improve your overall knife skills and knowledge. As well as helping you be more precise, and efficient, the class will encourage you to be more creative in the kitchen.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: We’ll cover a range of kitchen knife skills including different styles of cutting and techniques, the basics of how to fillet a fish or segment a fruit and how to maintain, choose and handle your knife correctly.

Pasta
- COURSE DESCRIPTION: Our classic Pasta making cooking class is designed to demystify the secrets of the perfect homemade pasta.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: You’ll learn techniques to mix and knead pasta dough, create gnocchi from scratch, and shape and cook different variations of pasta. We’ll also prepare three delicious quick sauces, bursting with flavour, to create the ultimate pasta feast. Buonissimo!

Kitchen Confidence
- COURSE DESCRIPTION: This class is designed to give a practical understanding of the different methods of cooking- roasting, braising, poaching, and more!
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: Our course covers basic knife skills such as how to fillet a fish and carve a chicken, how to make a classic eggs benedict, and even how to create a seasonal dessert. During this full-day class, we’ll take breaks to snack on some of the dishes prepared, and by the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy your meal buffet style, complete with good company and refreshments!

International Bread

- COURSE DESCRIPTION: Pastry takes on many forms in the world of baking, and the options for creating delicious meals are endless. The Perfect Pastry class by Steven has been designed to remove the fear of pastry making, helping the home baker feel confident from making to baking.
- WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: With a focus on the light rough puff, flaky shortcrust, and delicate sweet pastry, Steven will help you become a master of your quiches and pies without a soggy bottom in sight. During the class, you’ll learn everything from resting, rolling, and shaping pastry to making fillings, how to glaze and crimp, and even how to store and freeze your bakes.

Full day courses are approx 6.5 hours in duration.
