- Restrictions: No refunds for cancellations. Please arrive 20 minutes before your booked session. Skates included. Please wear suitable outdoor, waterproof clothing. Our covered indoor ice rink and attractions operate in all weather conditions, and we will only ever cancel sessions due to exceptional high winds. Apart from Toddlers on Ice sessions, the minimum age to skate is 4. For children under the age of 8, they must be accompanied on the ice by a skating person aged 16+. Those aged between 8 and 12 can skate without an adult on the ice, but this is dependant on their skating ability. We advise parents to use their discretion on whether very young children will enjoy the experience.
