As our booking system is appointment based, we urge our clients to come on time to avoid cutting down the treatment time so you can indulge in the whole experience.
Please kindly note: cancellation is required 24 hours prior to your booking and we allow cancellation once per voucher. Late cancellation or multiple cancellations will incur a £5 cancellation fee should you wish to book another date.
