One-hour indoor rock climbing
- Instructor will teach customers how to climb on any of the Rope Race walls and how to do the rope work
- After the session customers will be able to stay in the centre and use the bouldering walls
Four-week indoor rock climbing course for beginners
- The course runs for four consecutive weeks, each session will last 120 minutes
- Following topics will be covered: introduction to climbing equipment such as harnesses, climbing shoes, belay devices and more | proper and safe use of indoor climbing equipment | how to attach a climber to a rope | safe indoor belaying | use of bouldering walls | the climbing grade system
- Participants can work on their technique with the instructors throughout the course
- Upon completing the course, customers will register as a member of the Rope Race climbing centre
- Climbing boots will be provided from the second week of the course, as trainers will be suitable for the first week
Fine Print

Equipment provided. Must sign waiver and activity consent form prior to the experience. Loose fitting, stretchable clothing such as leggings, shorts, jogging pants is recommended.
