Diners can sit down to a two-course meal made up of a main course with either a starter or dessert. Those opting for a starter can indulge in the likes of poached mussels in a creamy white wine sauce. Moving on to the main course, dishes may include a pan-fried salmon on a tower of potato and ratatouille or a stuffed pork loin with apple mash and a cider jus.
