We operate a NO refund policy for any Spa Bookings and any amendment to dates must be made within 5 days or will incur a £25 rescheduling fee per booking for each reschedule. Phone bookings only, please specify if you wish to attend a ladies or men's session upon booking. Full voucher to be redeemed in 1 visit. Expires 3 months after purchase.
