Visitors can take an owl, perched on a gauntlet, for a walk; includes a flight demonstration and an opportunity to see other birds of prey
Spread across 42 acres, Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre aims to replicate the natural habitat of the owls and other birds of prey residing on site. The team has also installed nesting boxes for the native birds, and helps to protect other animals by preserving their woodland home. The centre runs educational sessions, teaching people how they can help care for the environment and local wildlife.
