The Merchant
Situated in Lye, near Stourbridge, Sadler’s Ales Brewery is a family-run craft brewery that produces a selection of award-winning ales and distinctive specials in both cask and bottle. Brewery tours are run by master brewer, Chris Sadler, and customers get to experience every step of the brewing process from adding the hops to fermentation. On premises, the Sadler’s Brewhouse and Bar serves Sadler’s ales and a selection of British and Continental food including specialties such as beer-baked ham and eggs, and stout-cured smoked salmon.
