Booking:
Mandatory booking required. Check availability here and book here. All bookings are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, not for re-sale and must not be passed to a third part once booked. Pre-booking is essential and must be done at least 3 days prior to your visit date, after 5pm customers will be directed to following day’s availability. Pre-booking requires you to select the date of your attraction visit. Bookings are not time restricted. Once booked, dates are non-transferable. Your Groupon Voucher must be presented on the day of your visit. Smartphone vouchers are not accepted, please bring a printed voucher to the priority desk. Queuing time is generally less than 45 minutes, although at peak periods you may encounter an extended wait to enter the attraction. Customers who do not have a valid Groupon Voucher for their party will be unable to enter the attraction. Photocopies will not be accepted. Maximum 5 vouchers per person. Group bookings are subject to availability.

The Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse admission to each of its Attractions, ban from entry to its Attractions or remove from its Attractions any visitor or Ticket Holder. In the interest of public safety the Attraction reserves the right for guests to leave the Attraction at any time. Guests are advised that not all attractions may be operational on the day of their visit. The Attractions may, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Attractions or attractions, close the Attractions or any parts temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Attractions, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment programme, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if the Attraction considers that the circumstances so require, use of the Ticket complies agreement with the terms and conditions posted at the entrance to each Attraction.
Digital photo terms: Strictly 1 photo per person. Digital photos are normally available within 24 hours but can take longer in exceptional circumstances. Financial compensation will not be given where availability exceeds 24 hours. Photo availability and quality may be impacted by weather, environmental and other conditions. Compromising or inappropriate photos will not be issued.
