Set Menu B

First course: choice of crab-meat sweetcorn soup or barbecued spare ribs | Second course: aromatic crispy duck | Main course: choice of breast of chicken in lemon delight, king prawns with cashew nuts, quick fried seasonal vegetables, special fried rice or beef with green peppers in black bean sauce

Set Menu C

First course: barbecued spare ribs, barbecued crispy lamb, fried crispy seaweed and prawn on toast with sesame seed | Second course: aromatic crispy duck | Main course: sliced beef in oyster sauce, king prawns with green peppers, sweet and sour chicken, mixed Chinese vegetables or special fried rice | Desserts: choice from selected sweets or Chinese tea or coffee

First course: satay chicken, king prawn garlic, fried crispy seaweed with grated scallops, barbecued crispy lamb and sesame prawn fingers | Second course: aromatic crispy duck | Main course: choice of Canton steak flambe, san fa king prawns, chicken in green peppers with a hint of chilli, chicken and king prawn bird's nest and lotus leaf rice with assorted meats | Desserts: choice from the sweet menu | Drinks: Choice of Chinese tea or coffee
