The Deal

Participants will be able to have a go at creating a selection of four varieties of dim sum over the course of the hour-long workshop. Delicate items covered include crystal prawn dumpling, scallop dumpling in spinach juice pastry, Shanghai 'xiao long bao', and vegetable dumpling in carrot juice pastry. Once the cooking is over, visitors will be able to sit down to a four-course Chinese meal, served with a glass of wine.

The Merchant

Shanghai Dalston serves up an array of eastern dishes in the striking surroundings of a former Victorian pie and mash shop. The menu offers and range of dim sum options alongside various chef's special, seafood and classic a la carte choices. The restaurant can also arrange delivery, with karaoke parties also available at the venue, featuring a VIP rooms with music ranging from some of the latest hits to all-time classics.
