The Big Day

Dishes on offer include chicken liver parfait with fruit chutney, followed by breast of chicken with mushroom and white wine sauce and concluding with profiteroles with chocolate sauce. The meal is accompanied by wine, and sparkling wine is served for the toasts. Come evening, everyone is kept happy with the help of a DJ, and buffet items such as mini baguettes, marinated chicken drumsticks and vegetable samosas. A dedicated wedding co-ordinator is on-hand throughout the day to keep things running smoothly, and a banqueting manager helps with the formalities. Once everything has wound down, the newlyweds can retire to their bridal suite for their first night as a married couple.
