If photos have not been removed as requested, customer will be charged £30 for removal. £4.99 surcharge for 4GB flash drive; £7.99 for 8GB flash drive. 5"x7" is available for options 1-3 only. Photos must be loose and removed from any albums. Scan Pics returns all work by Hermes Courier, tracked. Once work is complete courier will take 2 working days. It is advised to send either 1st class recorded, special delivery or courier. Return postage is £5.99.
