The Sia Beauty-based centre also provides exercise programs, designed to help improve posture, increase muscle tone, and boost tendon, bone, and ligament strength.
The therapist is very passionate about the effects of sports massage on reducing pain and encouraging flexibility. This led him to complete a diploma in Soft Tissue Manipulation and Corrective Exercise. The therapist has a wider knowledge of different conditions and improved his ability to treat them effectively. His experiences have led him to provide a bespoke service to not only treat the condition but to teach the patient about their conditions and injury prevention.
