How do I redeem my voucher? Booking is required. After buying the voucher for your local club, find its contact information and call reception to book your spot! You can also visit your selected club to redeem in person.
What happens when I visit the club? Your first stop should be at the reception. Bring and show your Groupon voucher and a photo ID and our receptionist will ask you to complete a general health questionnaire and help you register as a member of our gym. Once that's all sorted, you can proceed and access the rest of the facilities as you see fit.
For Memberships: For full membership benefits with 24/7 access, a valid access card will be provided. This will require a membership registration upon redemption in addition to a £1 access card fee.
For Day Pass: No access card is required for day pass customers. Please note use of your voucher must take place within active staff hours to ensure access to the club.
