A freshly-spun pizza at Sophia's may arrive with a topping such as pepperoni and herbs; feta cheese, green peppers, chilli, olives and basil; or mixed seafood. Fare is suitably accompanied by a cocktail of choice. Visitors can stop by seven days a week, between 5pm and 10.30pm.
The Merchant
Sofias Italian Restaurant serves pizzas, pasta and other Mediterranean classics within Walsall's Grade-I-listed Guildhall. The kitchen crafts meat, fish and vegetarian dishes according to authentic recipes. A bar plies an array of international wines, beers, spirits and liqueurs. The restaurant's traditional interior is divided into two tiers, and includes a terraced dining area.
