Two small group personal training sessions
This is a personal service not a class. We limit the session to 6 persons only to allow the instructor to spend the time with you if the techniques isn't quite right. Good form reduces the risk of injury and makes sure you are getting the most from your exercise.

This Groupon allows you to join us for 2 group PT sessions lasting 45 minuits each.
