With a specialist list of classic and experimental house cocktails, St Bart’s Brewery will impart some cocktail making expertise during a relaxed group class. Commencing at 6pm or 8pm, the session will see participants learn how to make three different drinks, with a mixologist taking them through the ingredients and step-by-step process. Guests will then be served a tasting platter as they enjoy the fruits of their labour.

The Merchant
St Bart’s Brewery is situated in Smithfield, a five-minute walk from Barbican, Farringdon and St Paul’s Tube stations. The kitchen sources ingredients from Smithfield Market to offer a menu of pies, burgers and flatbreads. The bar serves an array of 30 British wines, craft beers and ciders. The venue’s two-tiered interior sports comfy, plush booths and large-screen TVs, and is fit to host events for up to 120 guests.
